Bengel&Gör – Rebranding concept for a leading children’s fashion retailer
For this project, I was commissioned to rebrand a well-established children’s fashion retailer in Germany with the goal of preparing the brand for expansion into the entire DACH region.
I developed a complete brand concept, including a strategic repositioning and a comprehensive presentation of the new visual and verbal identity. The rebrand was designed to modernize the company’s image while maintaining the trust and recognition it had built with its existing customer base.
Although the retailer’s expansion plans have since changed and my design was never implemented, the project remains a strong example of brand strategy and creative direction. It demonstrates how thoughtful design can translate business goals into a coherent and scalable identity system.
